We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our team at Magnus Infotech. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programmes. This role requires a strong understanding of both technical and soft skills, ensuring that participants gain practical knowledge that can be applied in their roles.

Location – Romford, RM3 8YT (Hybrid Work Allowed)

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs in Data Engineering, covering essential tools like Apache Spark, Python, SQL, and cloud platforms.
• Develop curriculum and hands-on labs focused on data pipelines, data modelling, and ETL processes for practical understanding.
• Collaborate with industry experts to ensure the training content reflects the latest trends in data engineering.
• Provide mentorship to learners, helping them navigate challenges and advance their skills in the field.
• Prepare instructional materials like handouts, presentations, etc.
• Conduct group activities, workshops, and discussions.
• Arrange instructional resources and other relevant tools for technical training.
• Carry out a skills-based training management course in a timely manner.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions through feedback and assessments to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure a technically sound learning atmosphere in line with the organizational policies.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices to enhance training content.

Skill Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as Technical Trainer, Training Specialist or a similar role.
• Familiarity with any Learning Management System (LMS) software.
• Outstanding management and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge and use of instructional resources.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Outstanding presentation skills.
