We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and enhancing our market presence. This position requires a proactive approach to sales and a deep understanding of customer needs, with the ability to leverage various marketing tools such to manage leads and track performance.

Responsibilities:

•   Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

•   Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.

•   Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

•   Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

•   Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

•   Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.

•   Meet or exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

•   Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company’s offerings.

Skill Requirements:

•   Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

•   Proven experience in business development or sales roles within IT industry.

•   Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques, with a track record of achieving targets.

•   Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.

•   Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

•   A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: £38,700.00 per year
