IT Operations Support & Testing

Location – Romford, RM3 8YT (Hybrid Work Allowed)

Magnus Infotech is a leading provider of innovative software solutions, committed to driving growth and efficiency for businesses worldwide. We are looking for an IT Operations Testing and Support Analyst to support and maintain our IT systems. You will help clients understand and efficiently use software applications. In this role, you will ensure that software programs run smoothly, identify and track defects, technical issues and resolve them, and collaborate with developers and stakeholders to enhance system performance. Roles and Responsibilities

Assist users with IT software and application issues.

Monitor systems and ensure they run effectively.

Analyse systems and make recommendations to improve performance.

Identify and resolve technical problems.

Report and track software defects to web developers.

Test system modifications to confirm issues are resolved.

Maintain IT documentation like user guides and system configurations.

Closely work with IT team to improve system performance and coordinate with concerned team.

Skills & Experience Required

Essential:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in IT support and Testing, system operations

Understanding of software applications and IT infrastructure.

Familiarity with bug tracking and reporting tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, ServiceNow).

Strong understanding of Testing life cycle

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to users and teams.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Defect tracking, testing and reporting to stake holders.

Desirable:

Previous experience in as Test Analyst, IT helpdesk or technical support role.

Experience with IT service management (e.g., ITIL frameworks).

Knowledge of cloud systems (Azure, AWS)

ITIL Certified

Any Microsoft certifications

Pay: £35k to 40k per year
